**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** At Glowing Skin Forever LLC, your business and the time of service providers are valued. To accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy can be implemented: * A minimum of **24 hours** notice is requested for any cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than the required notice will incur a cancellation fee of **20% ** of the scheduled service price. * No-shows will be charged **50%** of the scheduled service price. * For group appointments or packages , **[48] hours** advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. * A credit card is required to secure an appointment and will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. * Unforeseen emergencies may arise, and accommodation of such situations will be attempted on a case-by-case basis. However, fees may still be applied at your discretion. * To cancel or reschedule, contact the spa by calling **407-6708683**, emailing **Glowingskinforever.23@gmail.com**, or through the online booking system. **Deposit Policy (Optional - Use if Applicable)** * For services requiring a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than **[Timeframe]** hours notice or in the case of a no-show. **Exceptions** * Emergencies can happen. Fees may be waived at your discretion, particularly in cases of verifiable emergencies, illnesses, or inclement weather. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
